She had 5 wins and 11 top five finishes and was the FIRST FEMALE ever to win a NASCAR sanctioned race at Hickory Motor Speedway. Angie became the FIRST FEMALE to win a Limited Sportsman Division race at Tri-County Motor Speedway - see memorable moments. She had two victories and 10 top five finishes on her way to a 3rd place finish in the Hickory Motor Speedway points standings. Angie competed in a V8 powered Ford Thunderbird.

Over the course of this time, she scored a couple more victories, racked up several top 5 finishes and earned numerous pole positions as she competed throughout the Carolinas.

1999. A New Adventure for Angie. She graduated to the ranks of the NASCAR Goody's Dash Series. Competing in her Pontiac Sunfire, Angie finished 12th overall in the points standing, captured 3 top five finishes and received the Napa Oil Filter Top Rookie of the Race award two times. memorabale moments

During the 1991 season, Angie competed at many tracks across the southeast in both Go-Karts and Carolina Minis. As a result of her efforts, Angie was named the 1991 Dan Klutz Carolinas Cup Series Junior Driver of the Year. She is very proud of this award and her accomplishments in the Carolina Minis.

In 1995, Angie recalls another memorable moment, and we will let her tell you about it in her own words. She says, "The other memorable moment is of course when I won my first Late Model Stock race at Tri-County Motor Speedway. It was a big race and a lot of competitive drivers were there. There's not a better feeling than winning!!!"
